Refund policy

At Subjectively Beth, we want you to be excited about every fragrance you receive. Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are generally considered final.

Decants & Fragrance Products

Because fragrance decants are personal-use products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled.
